Wisest choice for this 86 Bianchi Campione?

I'm no Bianchi expert and still unsure on this model. It has the classic Campione Del Mondo 86-87 sticker, but I always assumed that was a commemorative thing and the model is a Campione D'italia or Corsa? Made in Italy w / Columbus tubing. Cosmetically it's not looking too hot at all, and has one dent on the top tube.

Looks like it originally had a full Campy Super Record Group set...what remains is:
ONE campy downtube shifter.
Super Record Front Derailleur in GOOD shape
Gipiemme Crono Sprint headset
Gipiemme Crankset?
Bianchi Bar
unknown stem

Shimano 600 Rear Derailleur (
tiara front hub
xero rear hub

What to do with it? I am thinking of selling the campy components on ebay, and using what I have around to modernize it with minimal effort and sell it on. Probably will throw some cable stops on it leading to bar end shifters and fill in the blanks with Shimano parts I have laying around.

Worth it? Or should I sell it as is or strip it completely?? Any advice is much appreciated!
