looks like a BMX to me; but I am not into BMX bikes.

That's not a BMX
that's a child's bike

you can tell because the saddle is up high, and the toptube has that bend in it to improve standover clearance
an actual BMX wouldn't need a standover bend, because the frame itself would be so small and with a seattube so short that it wouldn't even matter. (BMX bikes' saddle heights aren't meant to allow full leg extension)

Also, it has a front V-brake, a BMX would use a caliper or U-brake, and route the cable through the headtube, not free out front like that. Because Bar-Spins.

Anyway, unless you're buying the bike for a child, or unless you're an exceptionally short person; you probably shouldn't be buying that child-sized bike.

my best advise... don't buy that particular bike... it's a piece of junk. Save up some more cash, and buy a much better bike that you will enjoy.

Looks like a lightweight, comfortable workout bike.

Get the Schwinn Sting-Ray instead.
That's a really cool bike for a kid.
