While technically true, we're talking about rotating mass that's near the axis of rotation. The closer you get to that axis, the less importance we can place on the "rotating" part.

Totally worth it to get a lighter crankset. I'd probably go 1x for delivery duty - get some shorter chainring bolts and ditch the 52.
