Fixing Shimano Ultegra crankset into Merida Reacto 5000

Hi everyone. I'm having problem finding a suitable Bottom Bracket that can fix my newly bought Ultegra crankset into my Reacto 5000 frame. The original crank is FSA GOSSAMER. It needs different bb for Shimano axle. Checked with Rodalink and they said they do not have any original Shimano bb that is suitable for my frame and suggested CeramicSpeed which is quite overbudget for me. I was told that my frame uses PRESSFIT30 bb but I bought a PF30 bb online and ended up also not suitable.
Is anyone here using the same Reacto carbon frame and has changed to Ultegra crank before? Please shed some light.
Thanks.

Isn't it the thing that you need?

386EVO Adapter for 24mm Spindle Cranks (Shimano, FSA, etc.)

Is the Gossamer crankset BB30 ? or BB386 EVO ? It should say somewhere on the crank arms.

If it is pressfit30 or BB30, BB386. You can install 30mm to 24mm adaptors that push into the existing bearings (providing you have not removed them). Then you can fit the 24mm spindle Ultegra crank.

Measure the BB shell width. If it is 86.5mm. It is BB386 EVO.

If the BB shell width is 68-73mm. It is BB30.

That will help determine which adaptors to buy.

I don't know the year of your frame, but a trip to Merida's website shows that the new Reacto 5000 frames use a BB386 bottom bracket. As mentioned before, you'll need the proper adapters to go from 30mm to 24mm...John

Thanks guys for your replies and help. I have found a fast and cheaper solution to it. Wishbone does sell the bottom bracket that suits both the Ultegra crank and my Reacto 5000 frame (2016 model). And the price is much lower than Ceramic Speed. It was really time consuming and frustrating to bring the bike to different bike shops and found that they couldn't solve it. Now it works well and Wishbone ceramic bb rotation is quite smooth too.

For future reference Wheels Manufacturing sells adapters for almost any kind of crank into almost any kind of bottom bracket. They also have two piece metal threaded shells to take care of any creaking problems.
