Drop bar 1x10 integrated shifter FDR shifter?

I cannot seem to find a pair of integrated shifters for drop bars for a 1 x 10 setup. Seems like I have to by a 2 x 10 pair of shifters and be stuck with the extra front shifting mechanism on the left shifter. Am I missing something? 1x is getting popular enough that I would have thought somebody would market this. Can anybody point me to what I am seeking?

I have a pair of cosmetically like new Ultegra 6600 10 speed shifters but the left one doesn't operate properly. Feels like the downshift pawl has gone bad. Right one works perfectly. Buy the pair, shift with the right, everything matches. PM me if interested.

Bikes: Too many. Giant Trance X 29, Surly Midnight Special get the most time.

Shimano doesn't make any 1x road shifter sets, and I'm not aware of any left levers that match the hood shape of Shimano levers well.

SRAM caters heavily to 1X road and it's available in every possible quality level they offer. Force CX1 is available with a roller bearing clutch, and the long cage can be used with a 10-42 cassette. If you're worried about having a 10 speed freehub body, for large 11 speed MTB cassettes you can use a 10 speed road freehub body, so you can run, say, an 11-42 Sram NX cassette. If for whatever reason you want to run 10 speed in particular, you can use a 10 speed right lever, a S700 or S500 left lever, and any 10 or 11 speed Sram road rear derailleur, or any 10 speed Sram mountain derailleur.

I like bar end shifters but prefer to shift the front der. with a traditional DT lever. Thus, I've purchased a few microSHIFT sets on eBay and only used the rear shifter. I've generally found 9sp sets for about $50; got one set for only $40.

Having spare parts around is the cost of running a bike exactly how you like, I guess.

Microshift makes a blank left shifter.
microSHIFT -The best control system

SRAM also makes matching left brake levers for most of their shifters. See middle of the page.

I'm not sure if you have to buy the pair of shifters, then dump the left shifter. Perhaps it depends on how the set is packaged.

Oh, for "vintage", I have found a few Campagnolo CF brake lever sets that would be a good match for their vintage 9s/10s levers. Of course, you would end up with an extra left shifter and right brake.

You may also be able to dump the internals to make your own custom levers, especially with anything that isn't Shimano (with fixed levers).

These are supposed to be gutted Xenon levers.

Oh, you wanted 10s????
The Campy levers above should work. I should have Microshift 1x (9s/10s) lever around here somewhere, that perhaps one could find a mate to.

Sram may take a little more hunting. Perhaps the 1x levers above will match the 10s levers reasonably well.

Shimano Tiagra 4700 2x10 Speed STI Shifter | Chain Reaction Cycles

Single shifter here - you have to pair it with a Tiagra 4700 derailleur.
