wheelset advice

I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of zondas and there's an option to choose from when buying on probikekit that I don't understand. It just says Option: Shimano/SRAM or Campagnolo. Can anyone tell me what this is and what option I should pick?

Also, can someone recommend some clinchers to get with these? I'm replacing the stock Giant P-R2 wheels and P-R3 tires on my 2014 TCR comp 1.

You would choose options depending upon whether you were going to mount Shimano/SRAM or Campagnolo cassettes.
