Klein bottom bracket

Has anyone had any experience with klein bbs. I know they are pressed in is it possible to change the bb. It's a 91 pinnacle,with period sun tour xc.looking to up grade the drivetrain. Thanks

This is really a question for a local shop that has been a Klein dealer.

They obviously need a press kit, but the current models used on modern press b-brackets will work.

Problem is finding a bottom bracket as these came from Klein, or at least they did for my '89. By '95 or so, Klein had moved to BSA.

Call shops and ask is the best advice.

Phil Wood still lists Klein press-fit bottom bracket bearings on their web site.

Thanks, was planning on local bike shop,just trying to wrap my head around it, and I should of thought of phil wood.
