7 speed sora question

The L and the H screw on front derailer are not marked. I'm getting really tired of putting the chain back on the small chain ring. One screw's on top, one screw's on bottom, which is the L screw?

Thanks Khuon. Looks like I'll tighten the bottom screw a quarter turn and see if that works.

Inspect the derailleur, it'll be obvious when you turn the screw what it's affecting.
