Difference between 6 degree and 12 degree
I wanted to put a nice carbon stem on my bike but I can't find anything in Carbon (that is +/-) 12 degrees. The Zipp is a minus stem and Enve only makes 6 degrees. So my question is, would the difference between 6 degrees and 12 degrees be significant? And is there a way to tweak it to make it comfortable like the 12 is now?
Thanks for any help

The effect of changing the stem's angle is dependent on the length. On a short stem the divergence won't be much, but as the stem gets longer the difference can become significant.
There are a number of stem calculators, like this one, which will let you see how much the bars move up or down or farther out or closer with various stem lengths and angles.
Odds are the difference won't be so much that you couldn't compensate by adding or removing spacers below the stem.

I have Enve carbon bars (which I love) and would like to do a Enve road stem to match the cockpit, but it's a 6 degree which is why I asked about this.

Thanks! Great info...Thing is all my spacers are above the stem, so I am wondering if that would make a difference. I have what I think are 3 5mm spacers above the stem, not crazy about the look but is comfortable which is all that counts.

All I can add is to keep an open mind and try various combinations until you fine what works.

I linked the calculator so you could see exactly how much stuff would change. It might be that a different angle, turned down would drop the bars a bit, so moving the spacers could get it back where it is now.

One thing to note the steering becomes quite different when these distance / reaches are altered, as if you look at the movement from on top i.e. "PLAN" view the arc the handlebars goes through changes, if you reduce the stem length by half its very noticeable, 10. 20. mm maybe not so much of course.
