Mavic Ksyrium rim to non Mavic hub?

Hello Frankenstein mechanics, I have a small idea here. I came across 7 awesome rims for $90, but they're all rear and not all of them are 100% perfect. Three of them are Mavic, two of which is Ksyrium and the last a Cosmic SR. I didn't do much inspecting on these as I was really there for some good old school free hub rims for a vintage build. However, I can't help but wonder if I can make a complete set of rims out of the two rear Ksyriums that I now have.

Both are the same model, 24 spoke laced to what I assume are Mavic's own proprietary hubs, spokes and nipples. One is complete and perfect while the other is missing a spoke and nipple. Does anyone know if I can get any non Mavic 24 hole front hubs, skewers and nipples to fit on these rims?

It'd hate to see these sit around so option 2 would be to sell the missing spoke wheel for parts, or take it apart for spares. The Cosmic has a crack on the inner part of the metal rim, which makes I would think render it useless.

Thabks in advance!

I'm a little confused by a number of things in your post. However, to answer your question, there are plenty of 24 hole front hubs that would work with those rims. If they're the right length and gauge, any brand of spoke will work. However, if a spoke is missing, the rim may be damaged.
