help clarifying 10spd trigger shifters to use/Dyna sys understanding

I'm not really sure I understand the whole dyna sys thing....I think I get that any mtb shifters or derailleurs are dyna sys and therefore have diff cable pull than the the 10 road shifters/derailleurs.
What isnt clear to me is if all shimano 10 spd mtb stuff is dyna sys.

Bought a used Surly Troll for my wife, 10 speed setup with Microshift thumbies, but would like to get some trigger shifters on it, so just want to be clear on this.

The RD is a Shimano Deore, RD T610-SGS 10-speed, and mainly my question is if this Deore rd is automatically a dyna sys only compatible rd, ie are all Shimano mtb stuff like this rd dyna sys?
I've been looking at trigger shifter sets and I just want to be sure of the understanding that any shimano 10 trigger shifter will work with this rd.
Would probably go with a set of Deore shifters, but would keep an eye out for some xt ones or whatever, as long as they all are good.

thanks

(oh, and I assume any sram 10 trigger shifters have a slightly diff cable pull than the shimano stuff?)

10 speed MTB & Trekking rear derailleurs/shifters are Dyna-Sys and aren't compatible with Road models.

RD-M610 = MTB model
RD-T610 = Trekking model

Very useful compatability links there, thank-you very much. That shows that any of the mtb trigger sets will work with that Rd, and makes it clear to me about them all being dyna sys.

Cheers
