Shimano silent clutch freehub removal

I'm working on an old mtb that has a shimano silent freehub. I want to remove it but it won't budge with the usual 10mm from the front or though it engages the splines it won't shift I've tried an 11mm from the back but it won't grab. Has anyone removed one of these

IDK. look up the tech manual PDF, Web search.

silent clutch hubs came on wheels in Police bikes, to sneak up on people from behind..
