Threaded Aluminum Freewheel Recommendations (1/8")

I have been using a Shimano freewheel, 16t, advertised as appropriate for 1/8" and 3/32". Now looking for a 16t, 1/8" freewheel and observed that State Bicycle makes something but I don't know whether or not it is aluminum (just as I don't know whether the current freewheel is aluminum or steel. Could you recommend the State Bicycle freewheel or any other threaded, 16t, 1/8"?

Several companies made aluminum track cogs, but I'm not aware of any single freewheels with aluminum cogs.

Aluminum cogs tend to wear quickly, so unless you're a serious weight weenie with a fat wallet, I'd stick with a steel cog.

Get the Profile Racing Elite freewheel.
It's half titanium and it saves you 20 grams compared to competitors.

Seriously? You're probably talking about less than one-tenth of one percent weight reduction. If you want to go faster ride instead of typing.

This?

It's steel. No way would I trust an aluminum single-cog freewheel.
