Do I need worry about these holes in my tire?
I just noticed these two small holes in my front tire (28mm Conti GP4000S II):
Attachment 578572
I don't know whether these are a manufacturing defect in the tire, or were caused by some small object that then fell out from the tire. There doesn't appear to be anything inside the hole and it doesn't look like it's penetrated the tire completely.
It is anything to worry about?

No. Those are tread wear indicators. When they disappear - time for a new tire.

Many rims have similar holes or a groove on the brake track to indicate wear.
