replacing a spoke on an easton R4 hub

basically the base of the broken spoke is buried in the hub. How do I get the hub apart to get at the spoke, to remove and replace?
one side has flats for a wrench bu there's nothing on the other.
just clamp it somehow? that seems inelegant.....

Don't forget the nipple driver if there are internal spoke nipples
