Almost surely limited to 28s. If you can, drop the tire pressures for a plusher ride.

In any case, much as you'd prefer to be wider, I've heard that people do ride the GAP/C&O on skinny road tires.

Would this work?
I measure from main post to center of rim. That would give me radius. I then go to Sheldon brown page under tire circumference and find closes radius. That would give me a size tire to try.
Yes/no?
