I've set up road tubeless tires (Hutchinson Atoms IIRC) successfully on Ksyrium Elite rims, but I consider the rim profile a poor choice for tubeless because it's such a narrow rim and also the rim's shape is not conducive to what you are generally looking for in a road tubeless setup, i.e., more air volume in the tire. I imagine the actual, mounted width of the Schwalbes you mention will be somewhat less than 28mm with those rims. Again, generally not what you're looking for in a tubeless setup.

Bikes: Too many. Giant Trance X 29, Surly Midnight Special get the most time.

I'm not sure if I'd trust it without a lot of reports of it working well. The issue isn't the rim being air tight, it's about how secure the bead is on the rim profile.
