Time Bikes - Special Tools

I have a 2007 Time VXR ProTeam that I would like to service myself. Does anybody happen to know if I require any specialized tools in order to do this work? It seems to me that I'd heard that a special tool is needed in order to service the fork/steering tube; but I don't really know if this is true. I've sent an inquiry to Time, in France. I hope to hear back from them to confirm but I thought I'd ask again in here.

Thanks again!

Time VXR review - BikeRadar

the review mentions a "Quickset headset"... anyone familiar with those?

rest of bike is fairly standard stuff, various grouppos installed, etc.

Time's Quickset headset is really cool. The proprietary headset is drilled with small holes around its circumference, which you can tighten up pretty much on the fly, without having to take off the cap, using these two, small metal pieces that you insert in order to turn the headset. I've lost mine, and I just use a couple of 3mm allen wrenches.

But, what I'm talking about, is a special tool that is used to disassemble/reassemble the entire headset/fork assembly. Of that I'm not so sure.
