Sigma Sports Computer

HEllo,
I know this isnt really a thread for this topic but i dont know where else to post.
I was riding on my bike with spesh fatboys 2005 slicks, i was turning on a corner and cut it to short. I had a little bump and then on my speed meter it showed 14mph constantly. To get to 15 or 16 i had to sprint when usually it showed 20 or above. Could it be the positioning of the scanning meter? the little thing on the wheel? Does it have to be on any special part of the spoke?

Thanks
i'll take pics if you want me to.

It tells in the owner's manual. If you didn't get one, it should be available online.

I've got the BC500 manual right in front of me. To set time:

Press MODE until the clock icon appears.
Press SET on the back for 3 sec. with a pointed tool.
Enter hours with MODE.
Confirm with SET and go to minutes.
Enter minutes with MODE. Confirm and quit with SET.
