How the heck do I install a chainring on this crank?

I got a pair of Sugino XD-2 double crank arms and some SRAM chainrings. I'm now trying to put the chainrings on, but I'm completely stumped as to how I'm supposed to tighten the chainring bolt that lies directly underneath the crank arm.

As you can see, there's maybe a centimeter of clearance. How the heck am I supposed to get an Allen wrench in there?

BikeForums isn't letting me upload images right now, but here they are: https://imgur.com/a/y2Wgr

Apparently he image upload feature isn't working for me right now. I added a link above to the album.

You put that bolt in backwards so the allen head faces the bike, just on that position. The slot is big enough to get the "nut" half into.

The nut ("female" threads) goes on the side facing the frame and is held with a chainring nut wrench: https://www.parktool.com/product/cha...t-wrench-cnw-2
Steve

EDIT: Attached image of chainring hardware (SS vs Ti!)
