Swapping 10-speed MTB and Road wheels?

Can a 10 Speed MTB cassette fit on a 10 speed Road Hub?

and can the reverse also work 10 Speed Road Cassette fit on a 10 Speed MTB Hub?

Everything is Shimano.

Yes, the cassettes will interchange.
Road Rear derailer capacity may not be enough for a MTB cassette.
