1 1/8 straight steerer tube "aero" fork recommendation

I'm looking to switch out the ultra fork on my caad9 to put on my to be all arounder because it can fit 28 mm tires. in it's place, i'd like to put in a lighter, more aero fork, for competition purposes. the issue seems to be that when aero started to hit the market, so did tapered steerer tubes. I need straight 1 1/8 steerer forks to fit my bike, but all I'm seeing on the used market are tapered crap. I feel like I have 3 options.

1. used tt fork, where I'm slightly worried about the lateral stiffness
2. old cervelo fork. like an older cervelo s3 or s5 fork might work because they were the first ones in the aero market
3. ebay chinese carbon.. I'm less inclined to go this route, but perhaps people have had good luck. I don't know

any recommendations?

Reynolds Ouzo was the standard for many years. They revised it into a "pro" model.

It's probably still available in a straight 1-1/8, but be prepared to pay for it...

*Edit* that is to say, it is aero compared to a steel fork. Compared to a modern time trial fork, it's not.
