E-Tap FD Help

Well finished my bike build and cannot get the E-tap FD right. I also had a mechanic adjust it too. Seems to work fine than after 15 miles of hills and shifts it won't got from low to high. Lots of back and forth and going to the small rear cassette sometimes works. Get it back on the stand and works fine! Adjusting the set screw for more throw generally throws the chain off. What am I missing?

Did you install the adjustable shim between the brazeon and the front derailleur? The derailleur could be moving on its mounting bolt or bending your brazeon.
