Performance Hurricane floor pump maintaninance

I cannot get this pump to pressurize sufficiently. It has been in use many years. Can you take them apart and add lube to the sealing surfaces. I cannot see how to take it apart. Any clues or is it time to get a new pump.?
Thanks, Curt

Air has to get in behind the piston somehow so there is usually a small hole on the top cap somewhere where oil could be dribbled in, which should make its way to the piston seal
