Crankset question

Hi ALL. Lately, I have 2 road bikes(one old 2004) and just got a cx this past winter(a total of 3 bikes) with different cranksets on all 3. Since I got fitted lately with my newer road bike(not cx), with 6800 Shimano Ultegra Group, I am thinking I can use my old road bike on a turbo trainer which I did, then realized my old road bike has a wider q-factor, checked my cx, and found out it also has a wider q-factor, felt this difference on my cx but not sure about it and go on riding.

My question is, will I get the same q-factor(s) on all 3 bikes IF I use the same crankset(s)/group on all 3 without a problem?

Thanks ALL in advance!
