Question about hub/wheel drag
I have two bikes, both with nice wheelsets ( one dt swiss hubs, another with aviee hubs, both cartridge bearings ) when the bike is flipped upside down, one of the wheels spins very easily and freely, while the other only spins for about half the time.
I've removed the quick releases and there is no brake rub, just to verify they were not getting pinched
I've read that some people say there isn't any meaning unweighted wheel spin since the wheels could act differently when they are weighted.
Is there any truth to this? should i be worried that one of my bikes wheels does not spin as long as the other bikes?

Is your other bike a GSX-R?
Worried? I don't think anything bad will happen, but I think that would annoy most of the people that post in there to the point that they would try to figure out what was going on.
Have you ever adjusted the locknuts on those hubs?

Are you able to perceive any drag while riding? Maybe ride more and spin upside-down wheels less.

You need to ride the draggy one more, and the free spinning one less until they match.

Remove the wheel, grab the axle, and rotate it. Does is spin freely, or does it have a kind of rough grindy feel to it? If it's the latter, then you need to get the hub serviced.

Make sure the bearings are adjusted properly. If they are IT'S NOT IMPORTANT. There is no way you would be able to tell the difference riding, as wheel bearing friction is such a small component of total drag. If you want your bike to go faster ride more, type and obsess less.

If both wheels spin for reasonable lengths of time and bearings feel smooth don't worry about it. Unweighted drag is definitely unreliable--for example, seal drag will remain the same weighted vs/unweighted, but bearing drag will increase considerably with load. If you're spinning the rear wheel, a lot of the load is how much drag there is in the freehub, which is irrelevant while you're pedaling.
