Kestrel Tri conversion to Road bike

Hello all - I am sure someone has asked the question before but, I have ran across a Kestrel Talon SL carbon frame bike, it is missing the following items - pedals, seat and seat post and rims. It has triathlon handlebars and I would like to know the LOE (level of effort) to swap them out as well as cost and parts recommendations.

frame appears to be in good shape with no cracks and it looks like it is between a 2009-2012 style.

Thanks in advance.

Your biggest problem will be finding a seatpost which have a teardrop shape. Everything else you mention is generic and easily priced at online shops.
A brief search did not prove any help in identifying sources for the seat post, Since the post has a limited range of adjustment in height, you need to
be sure the frame is the right size for you.
Kestrel may or may not be able to help, probably they would refer you to a dealer.
