Shimano CS-M750 Cassette 12-34T replacement

Working on a Ellsworth Id 2002 mountain bike and replaced the SRAM 9 speed chain. But now it skips terribly. The cassette is a Shimano CSM750 12-34T 9 speed and I am having a hard time finding one online. The teeth are 12,14,16,18,20,23,26,30, and 34T. Any advice on a new cassette that is not real expensive? This bike when fixed is just going to be used by a Mom on the MUP. Thanks.

Trying to answer my own question. Will this replace? Has an 11 tooth as the first.

That cassette will work and you will have a slightly higher top gear. You can also buy that cassette or the more expensive cassette at Chain Reaction. You can find it here:

www.chainreactioncycles.com

Sorry, I can't put it in as a hyperlink as I don't have enough posts for that feature.

IF the bike can handle a 34T largest cog, it can handle any SRAM/SHIMANO compatible 9 speed cassette, not exceeding 34T.
If you don't need the huge cogs, maybe something like a 12-27T may be more useful?
