Wheelbuilders in Twin Cities (MN)?

Where is a good place to go to get hand-built wheels made in the Twin Cities?

I'm sure a lot of shops could do this. https://harpoval.com/Tcbc/bike.shop.htm

I've always built my own wheels. But if for some reason, I had to have a shop do it, I would look at Flanders Brothers or Grand Performance.
