BB conversion??

Is it possible to convert from a press fit to an outboard bearing type of BB?

Press-fit is just the method of holding the bb in the frame. There are inboard and outboard press-fit, and inboard and outboard threaded options. As to moving the bearing outboard on your current shell... that depends on the exact shell you have. Most will have an outboard option, but stuff like 386evo won't.
