Please Suggest Flat Bar Shifters: SRAM Force

I'm thinking of acquiring a carbon Cdale Synapse and converting to flat bars. It has SRAM Force derailleur (10 spd) and componentry.
Anyone have any advice regarding the shifters that would be ideal for this configuration?
Thanks in advance!
