Bridgestone BB1 - Fixed !!
 

Well with much thanks to many here I got my Bridgestone BB1 fixed. The existing seat post was stuck, the existing seat was a mess and just sort of shoved onto the post ..And I did not like the pedals

So I fixed it - another Zombie Porch Rot Bike - revived!!
