H Plus Hydra Rims - Any Experience??

I am about 215lbs and want to build up a new wheelset for my disc brake road bike. I run Panaracer Gravel King (file tread) 32x700 tires with measure out at about 33mm. I am leaning towards the H Plus Hydra rims in the anodized grey 32 hole. They are can be run tubeless I have a inter width of about 21mms.

I have been told that they are targeted at the same market as the HED Belgium Plus rims much like the Archetypes are targeted at the HED Belgium. There does not seem to be near as much information available for the Hydra rims as there is for the Archetypes. I know the Archetypes are well thought of.

So I thought I would see if any of you had experience with them?

No personal experience riding those rims, but Hed is a well respected manufacturer, and those rims are both an appropriate weight and spoke count for what you want to use them for.

Consider the Pacenti Forza, too. They make an asymmetric version that helps the spoke tension ratio in back.

have never had the experience. This seems like an interesting thread

I just built up a pair of wheels with the Forza rims. Laced up as usual and trued/tensioned well. Slight seam jump but no more then many rims. The asymmetrical rear did help reduce dish/tension differences.

I've done a handful of H Plus rimmed wheels too. No real difference on the scale of wheel build up issues compared to the typical. Really, most of the time modern rims are pretty round, flat and such, most of the time. Andy

FordTrax, Looking at the Hydra rims and wanted to check back to see if you'd built anything up yet.
Thanks
