Will this brake post extender work for road canti's?

I have a 1984 Trek 620 with canti brakes and 27" wheels. Can I use these extenders to drop the canti posts in order to make converting to 700c wheels easier?

Thanks.

That looks like it's for Aluminum and Carbon frames that use a steel brake post screwed into the frame,

and so the post is removed , first..

They say essentially it for 2 _ 20" wheel sizes those being "( 451 to 406)" that's a bead seat ETRTO specification
45mm difference , radius 1/2 diameter thats 22.5 mm .. so No..

27") 630 - 622 (700c)= 8 diameter.. 4mm r ..

4mm reach difference between 27" and 700c. Do you have a 700c wheel set to put in and see if your brakes will work with it.

As Rick states, extenders are quite likely not necessary for 630 to 622 wheel change, elegant little parts though!
