Multiple Ultegra 6800 shift hoods stretched
I have ordered and installed 3 right hand brake hoods for ultegra 6800. I was careful to use hand sanitizer or some sort of lub each time and everytime the hood is totally stretched and un rideable. I am certain i am installing the right model, i am wondering if my shifter has been deformed or shrunk over time? Groupset is from 2016. I have also tried heating, freezing and glueing the hood to the shifter with no luck
