Sram Etap red broken?

Hey all

I just picked up a SRAM Red ETAP. Im new to the world of electronic shifting so maybe I'm doing something wrong.... but i don't think so, Im tech savvy.

I've charged the batteries. The front derailleur, rear derailleur and shifters are all paired. I can change the gears in the rear derailleur. The front derailleur keeps loosing connection. Sometimes I can change the gears.. sometimes i cant. Ive checked the batteries and re-paired everything a few times. No luck

also. the shifters are strange. When you tap a shifter a light appears. Tells you there is connection and also tells you: green 6-24 battery, red 1-6 months. etc.. so now I cant even get those lights to turn on. They did this morning and now no light.. I even changed the battery in the shifters.. If I hold the function button the green light turns on to pair.. but if I tap the shifter to change gears or to show how much battery i have left.. nothing..

Ive always used Shimano. I should of never changed by the looks of it.... The other crazy part is, the SRAM red crank I bought to go with it was destroyed when I opened the box. returned and got a new one... the charger for the sram red derailleurs was broken so I couldnt even charge.. had to get a new one.... issue after issue.. first time with sram and a hate it.

I didnt even buy it from a crappy place. I bought it from Live to play which is 1 of the two only suppliers in canada...
