Frequent Ticking Sound while pedaling
Hello,
For a while I'm starting to hear a tick each time my right pedal makes a turn.
It doesn't appear always. sometimes I won't hear a tick for 4 minutes or so, and sometimes it just keeps making this sound every rotation with maybe one rotation as exception.
When I rotate my pedal by hand when I'm not riding, it doesn't make this sound.
Does any of you know what this could be, and how I can fix it?

Easy things first. Try swapping your pedals for a known-quiet pair, preferably platform type to avoid cleat or shoe noise . Also check to be certain that your shoelace or the end of the front derailleur wire is not ticking against the crank. The derailleur wire may change/go away when using different front gears.

This ^^^^. It could be literally anything on the bike. I'm sorry to have to be the second one to say it. I once had one of those which turned out to be my heal striking the pannier on almost every revolution.

I have the same thing going on right now, however I know the cause is a loose chain ring bolt. If you have replaceable rings, check the bolts that hold them to the crank spider. If riveted rings, check the rivets.

When my pedals make that ticking noise its because they’re dirty. Try hosing them off first. That’s a lot easier than any other “fix”. If that doesn’t work, then, well, i have no idea! :-)

Recently had a similar issue, was getting the click mostly when pedaling hard uphill. Went away after I tightened the pedal's release tension a bit.

Rim contacting brake shoe
In no particular order. I'm sure there are more options, but this is a good start.
