I bought a Dawes 301 and them came with Vredestein inners and I thought they were top quality.

I can recommend Continental tubes as well; they seem to be much more robust than cheaper tubes.

Just a note of caution though - there are a few Amazon and eBay sellers offering cheap Continental tubes. The tubes are certainly cheap, but they aren't Continentals.
