What's the difference between a Park PRS-2 and a PRS-2os repair stand?

I'm thinking of buying one of these of someone. She says it's an old stand with 2 clamps and an iron base possibly a Park PRS-2. How much would a used one be worth? This is about a half hour away and I was supposed to pick it up tuesday. It's in her garage and she seems to just want to get rid of it and is just saying "make me an offer".

I don't find a PRS-2 any where, these are the 2 I come up with.
Retail through a LBS a PRS-2 OS could run near $900 with base. An online price or a Supergo/performance could be cheaper.

A PRS-3OS could run about $475 retail. I have 2 of these.
