Best way to retouch light scratches in top tube?

My bike accidentally fell while resting against the wall and now there's some small scratches on the carbon top tube. Only the paint is scraped off, I don't feel any scratches or indentations in the top tube. Is there a recommended way to retouch the paint? i was thinking of using some nail polish (luckily my frame is plain black) and then maybe a clear coat. Any insight is appreciated!

Nail polish or model paint from hobby lobby.
