Anyone recognize this threadless steerer extender?
Any one know the brand? There are no markings on it.

I don’t think it is a Nitto or a Cinelli. Sorry, this is about all I can do is help rule out what brand it isn’t.

Not at all sure but sorta looks like a vintage BBB that passed through my shop a few years back.

I bought one a couple years ago. Seemed like they were no longer being made as I had to search all over for a 1 1/8 size. I'll post again if I can find anything.

I used it to extend the fork in my sons bike. It started to feel like the headset was loose after a year or so and I cant get that to go away. I had to turn it down a little on a lathe to fit the aluminium steer tube but fit solid.

I think that the bolt that tightens the quill wedge is threaded inside the hex key opening so you can preload the headset. The issue I have is that the quill is made one diameter but the inside of head tubes varies considerably.
