BB90 GXP installation help
 

Hi there,

This is my first BB90 frame (Trek Madone). I'm looking to replace the existing bottom bracket (Shimano) with one for GXP so that I can run my Quarq. I don't quite understand all of these pieces. This is a BB90 (road) or BB95 (MTB, I assume) kit.

1. The black plastic piece is an expanding sleeve. It's labeled L and R, so I know the proper orientation, but why is this used?
2. Bottom left looks to be a metal washer/cover for the NDS bearing.
3. Middle is the NDS bearing (22mm ID).
4. Top right Is the DS bearing.
5. Bottom right is wave washer -- does this g on the drive side or non-drive side?
6. Middle right is a 5mm spacer for MTB cranks, I assume. I wont use this.

I can't find any instructions online regarding assembly. I have a headset press and cups, so I'm good on tools...just am not sure about what each part does.
