Brake Caliper Rub

I have a brake rotor that rubs the inside of the spring clip on the brake caliper. Has anyone experienced this? (This is just a short post; will add much more detail on follow up comments because my last post wouldn’t post for some reason)

Maybe pull the spring clip and consider replacing it? Are the pads worn down, this would help the clip get closer to the rotor. Andy

Thanks

I removed the pads and spring clip on the rear brake caliper to compare them to the problematic one in the front. The spring clip in the rear was shaped a little bit different and didn’t overhang into the caliper margin space. So I inserted these pads and spring into the front caliper and it fixed the problem to about 95%. The other 5% lies within the rotor itself because compared the the rear one (which is perfectly true) this one wobbles just a bit. I ordered a couple new SRAM rotors to see if they will be any better. The ones installed on it now are brand new though.
