Tool ID

I bought a vintage bike today that had some parts and tools in a couple bags that are mounted on the bike. Here is a photo of a tool that I don't know what it is used for.

The bike is a LEJEUNE Champagne There don't seem to be much info on the internet for the brand. I will get some photos tomorrow if it is not raining.

It is not a Bike Part. It is the USGI handle for a cleaning rod set for the US M14 Service Rifle. Seriously.

Here is a photo the Kit. You tool is second item on the left.

If you don't need it I have an M14 and that would be a neat thing to have. I don't ever need to field clean it I can do it in the shop when I have time and have all the tools and Hoppes #9 . Granted I so rarely go shooting and usually I take the Glocks because everyone else has pistols so keep it simple.
