Gear indexing help please!

Hi thought Iíd Change Gear and brake cables , now canít move front deraleur or gear set , both shifters donít feel right ! Any. Help much appreciated . Running sora gear set !

Did you make certain that the shifters were in the position with all of the cable played out, low gear front, high gear rear (except RapidRise), and the derailleurs in those gears,before attaching the cables to the derailleurs? Pull on the cables by hand and work the shifters a few times to ensure.

Loosen the cables at the derailleurs. While pulling lightly on the cables, move the levers like you want to shift to the smallest gear in the back and front. Reattach the cables to the derailleurs.
