Deore shifter-derailleur compatibility

I am helping a friend that bought a Novara Mazama a few years ago adapt the bike to Velo Orange Tourist bar. The Microshift bar end shifters will not work on this bar. The Novara shipped with Deore front and rear derailleurs, a 3 X 10. I have been looking at Deore rapid shift levers I can mount on this bar. Hopefully the clamp will go down to 22.2mm. What I am uncertain of is that the ones on eBay for example are listed as M6000, or M6000 I Spec 2, and SL-M4100. Could there be an incompatibility issue with Deore 3 X 10 shifters and the derailleurs?

What about the Microshift bar clamp shifers?

Not really, any Shimano 10 speed mountain shifters (Deore, SLX, XT) would work with those derailleurs.
* I-Spec shifters don't have a bar clamp, they are attached to brake levers that have I-Spec mounts on them.
