Litespeed Ghisallo frame -- DT dents/dings safe or unsafe?

This Litespeed Ghisallo frame was billed as the lightest production frame made in 2002 .
This specific ML-size frame weighs 855g (1.88 lbs).
Here are photos of multiple small dents/dings on the left side of the middle of the DT on this frame.
Additional photos of top, bottom, and right "sides" show no damage though the marks do come around to the bottom left somewhat.

Based on your experience, is this frame safe or unsafe to build and ride?

I See Nothing more than aesthetics issues there..

Just ride it and keep an eye on the suspect areas. Nothing looks like a serious stress riser.

I think you're ok. Keep an eye on things to ensure you see no fatigue cracks.

Keep in mind, the DT is mostly loaded in tension. Some torsion and bending. If this was the top tube (loaded in compression) I'd be worrying about the buckling failure mode. I still think it'd be ok, but if you have bumps like this in a tube I'd think that the DT is the tube you want them in.

Thanks all for your time and insight! It "feels" sturdy enough, but I think I'm in the "I don't know what I don't know" zone concerning this frame.
That you all generally agree makes me feel a bit easier now about this frame.
