Mid 90s Colnago cable routing question(s)

Mid 90s Colnago cable routing question(s)
I'm building up a mid 1990s Colnago Superissimo frame that I've had in storage for about 15 years. I've run into two small problems.
First (and first picture), is that on the chain stay, the cable stop is pretty small diameter. I had a Master Light years ago and I seem to recall that the cable end cap was like a two level tapered type, and I cannot find one on-line (or I don't know what to search for).
Second (and second picture), is the bottom bracket cable guide is either not the one that originally came with the bike, or something is missing for routing the front derailleur cable. If I try to hook it up as-is, the cable rubs on the little oval cutout as it goes up the seat tube.
Does anyone what I can do to rectify both of these things and/or where to buy the correct parts?

(Yea, the BB shell paint is banged up, but rest of frame is in pretty good condition).

I needed that same end cap for the chainstay cable stop on my '91 Paramount when I built it up from just a frame four or five years ago. I went to a LBS and they rummaged through the junk bins in their shop and came up with one and gave it to me for free.
I wasn't even a regular customer of theirs at the time.
Shimano makes a external BB cable guide that looks like plastic, but is likely delrin or similar high density material that is long lasting and low friction for the cables. Many online vendors have them for cheap cheap. Just try to pair it with some other things so you don't have to pay shipping.

You need a "stepped" ferrule for that kind of stop: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/cables/j...-of-4/?geoc=US
As to the cable rubbing on the opening, it may cause significant wear in a decade or so.

You have tension on the front derailleur cable? It might fit through perfectly once pulled taught (if the FD is positioned correctly),
