Di2 grommets

Does anyone have a recommendation for a grommet that can accommodate two Di2 e-tube wires? I'm working on a retrofit and need to run two e-tube lines but prefer not to drill two holes if I can avoid it.

I know that the standard Shimano grommets won't work and am wondering if anyone has found an alternative.

I repurposed the rubber noodles used on V brakes. Cut them down to a useful length and slit them to wrap around the e-tube cable.

I was thinking that there should be some type of grommet solution already available, but maybe not. I actually like both of the ideas and will try to combine then to get the job done.

Thanks.
