Can someone Decode this spindle. I know it is a 122.5 mm in length but is it 68mm or 70mm?
The stamping on it are as follow:

1225 M1
07 95

There's nothing there that jumps out at me as being an indicator as to whether it's English or Italian. If it's just an axle it probably doesn't matter.

A 70 is an Italian SHELL width which has different threading on the cups than the more common BSA.
There's also a 5mm difference between the bearing races on the spindle.
See this- Scroll down a bit to the chart.

With a name like "Tien Hsin", I doubt it's other than BSA.
What's the difference in offsets between the 2 ends?
What do you REALLY want to know?
